Got an appointment quite easily, reception staff friendly and helpful.
Doctor overend was very reassuring and friendly which made me feel at ease she also gave me the treatment I expected i.e antibiotics I felt looked after and it was easy to get a follow up appointment.

Very knowledgeable, capable, caring friendly nurse very supportive - told me what she was doing and why and involved me.
